Service-Learning Promo 2.0 – A Student-led Campaign to foster Community Connections

“Service-Learning Promo 2.0 is a 100% student-led campaign tailor-made to connect with community partners.”

Launched on 6 July 2025, this campaign aims to forge connections with local organisations, promote Service-Learning, and explore meaningful collaborative opportunities.

The Service-Learning Section actively seeks diverse community partners to enhance student experiences. By collaborating with a variety of organisations, we strive to deepen students’ understanding of community needs.

Fun Day Initiative
Under the leadership of Service-Learning ambassadors, a working group was formed to design a Fun Day that strengthens community ties.
Nine centre visitors and two ambassadors took part in the day’s activities. They played pickleball and badminton, visited the VR Centre, and enjoyed a networking session.

Collaboration with The Salvation Army
The campaign successfully established a partnership with The Salvation Army Tai Po Integrated Service for Young People and outlined a collaborative framework for an upcoming service-learning project in AY2025-26.
